The Role:




Canco is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This person will be responsible for supporting the CEO on day-to-day tasks, to drive the efficiency of the company. This individual will have a strong background in administrative duties, great communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:



Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO Managing conflicting priorities/meetings and rescheduling as needed Screening and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence for the CEO Preparing communications via email or mail on behalf of the CEO Organizing and preparing for meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items Booking and coordinating travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity Act as a point of contact for all internal and external parties for the CEO Support in organizing company events, meetings, and other events as required Prepare materials for meetings, including presentations and reports Maintaining an organized filing system for all documents, both physical and digital Provide personal support to the CEO, such as managing personal appointments or handling personal tasks Other duties as required.

What You Bring:



Proven experience (2+ years) in administrative or office management related role Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications Willingness to travel as needed

Benefits:



Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually 15 days Vacation RRSP matching Health and Dental Insurance


This role is a Permanent Full-Time position at our Kelowna BC Head Office.
