Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide strategic, confidential, and multi-entity administrative support. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the CEO's priorities are executed efficiently. This is a support role ideal for someone who excels in reviewing documentation, managing complex schedules, and supporting strategic initiatives. someone who thrives on creating order, completing tasks with precision, and anticipating needs before they arise. The ideal candidate is a master of organization, a superb communicator, and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

I. Executive & Administrative Leadership



Proactively manage and optimize the CEO's complex daily schedule, priorities, and workflow. Anticipate executive needs; prepare comprehensive materials for all meetings, calls, and critical decision-making processes. Monitor and track action items, ensuring effective and timely follow-through across all internal and external stakeholder engagements. Develop, draft, and refine high-quality executive correspondence, reports, and various official documents

II. Legal and Document Governance



Review, summarize, and meticulously organize all legal and contractual documents. Prepare clean, precise, and final drafts of documents for the CEO's review and signature. Serve as the primary coordinator with external legal counsel as required. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling all sensitive and proprietary information.

III. Strategic & Business Operations Support



Conduct research and prepare insightful business briefs, research summaries, and professional presentations. Actively support strategic initiatives, ensuring complete alignment with overarching organizational goals. Facilitate cross-entity coordination and maintain effective tracking of critical projects.

IV. Records & Information Management



Manage and maintain systematic electronic and physical filing systems. Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and internal communications. Uphold strict compliance with records management and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications and Experience



2+years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably supporting a CEO or senior executive. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio). Strong ability to review and summarize legal and contractual documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Deep experience within the technology industry is a significant asset.

Pay: From $50,561.86 per year
