We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Executive Assistant to work directly with our company's partners/owners. This role is crucial for someone who thrives in a high-paced environment and is passionate about driving business forward. Key Responsibilities
Direct Support to Owners
- Report directly to the two partners/owners, managing their schedules, handling correspondence, and serving as a key point of contact.
Project Management
- Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
Market and Project Research
- Conduct thorough market and project research, summarize findings, and prepare presentations and documents as directed by the partners.
Decision-Making Authority
- Exercise considerable autonomy in managing the executives' schedules and correspondence, acting as a filter for communications based on the partners' preferences.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Liaise with all departments, from Operations to Marketing, managing special projects and ensuring smooth communication flow.
Management of Personal Affairs
- Manage all personal affairs for the partners including, but not limited to, booking personal appointments, reservations, travel arrangements for friends and family, purchasing gifts, running errands, and maintaining personal files.

Proactive and driven, with an ability to work effectively in a results-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively managing interactions with various departments and external partners.
High adaptability and flexibility to manage unexpected challenges and dynamic work demands. A commitment to excellence, integrity, and a relentless work ethic.
Skilled in conducting research, synthesizing information, and preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
Willing to learn and grow within the role and it's ever-changing challenges.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Experience with Microsoft Business Central or comparable ERP is an asset
