, you'll be the trusted partner behind the scenes, ensuring operations run seamlessly and enabling our leaders to focus on what matters most. Your Impact

Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth scheduling for internal and external meetings. Manage executive projects and support client engagement activities that drive organizational priorities. Organize leadership meetings and events, from logistics to on-site coordination, creating experiences that foster collaboration. Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting with precision and efficiency. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying WSP's guiding principles in every interaction with employees, clients, and stakeholders.

The Skills That Set You Apart

10+ years of experience in a large-scale organization (10,000+ employees), with at least 5 years supporting senior executives. Expertise in managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with Oracle ERP systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and calm. Bilingual fluency (English required; French an asset) to support national communications.
