Your primary responsibilities will include:Reporting to the Manager of Operations, you will make a difference daily through your responsibilities by:
  • Planning events and travel
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and/or minutes, as requested
  • Assembling outflow of packages to clients, following up on signatures and pick up
  • Accessing client information and status updates from CRA Rep a Client or by calling CRA directly
  • Scanning, printing, photocopying, and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • Sending and receiving messages and documents using mail, courier, digital signing software, fax machine, or electronic mail
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and other documents
  • Responding to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forwarding to appropriate person
  • Accurately completing any data entry or information updates, as assigned
  • Performing other related duties, as assigned
A successful candidate will have:The education, skills, and abilities to enable success in our Executive Assistant role include:
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience (office, call center, administrative assistant, supporting role, tax, or accounting firm, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to meet competing deadlines
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to meet client expectations
