Job Description


This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Executive Assistant to join a leading team in the Construction industry in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to the senior stakeholders in the company

  • Provide essential administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, maximizing productivity and resources.
  • Prepare, distribute, and assist in the creation of regular reports on operational performance and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as the central communication point between departments, preparing and distributing emails, memos, letters, and forms to ensure clear information flow.
  • Assist with errands and personal tasks when necessary and support the completion of various ad hoc administrative duties.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Outlook Calendar is essential.
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Exceptional proofreading abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
