Job Description


Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with the President and provide administrative support to the VP of Human Resources and the VP of Legal.Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports; maintain an organized paper and electronic document filing system.
  • Manage the President\'s Outlook calendar and facilitate travel arrangements, including hotel, air travel, and corresponding reservations.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, training sessions, and special events.
  • Draft corporate communications and create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Attend meetings and accurately record minutes.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Legal Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
