Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Burnaby, supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes ownership, manages competing priorities, and maintains a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibilities:



Manage executive calendars, inboxes, meetings, and follow-ups Prepare agendas and take accurate meeting minutes Research a variety of different items and present clear recommendations Coordinate travel, accommodation, and events. Support recruitment administration, including job postings, screening calls, and initial interviews Create and manage company social media postings as required Assist with internal documentation, including SOPs and employee development program. Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communications Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What you will bring:



Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proactive, reliable, and able to execute tasks efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills and confidence using different software Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage multiple deadlines Customer-service-focused and adaptable to changing priorities Minimum 2 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or general administration role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
