Oakville, ON L6H 5S9Temp to Perm
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm -Once trained client will ask that they start at 8:45am to open up the office.

Scent free environment (the client is allergic)Duties:

  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Undertake the task of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Maintain diary, arrange, meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  • Make travel Arrangements.
  • Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
  • Monitor Office Supplies
  • Data entry, filing, assist in creating reports and invoices
  • Assist with any other administrative duties as needed.
Assets:
  • Excellent Communication is a must.
  • Excellent Organizational skills, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Software Programs: Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work under deadlines and on a schedule.
  • Lifting 20lbs on occasional basis
