WE ARE HIRING AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a dedicated, creative, multi-tasker to join our fun team in Downtown Amherst, where we have our offices and a professional photo & video studio.Nova Social Media & Marketing is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Amherst, NS.

The services we provide include:

- Social Media Marketing

- Video Production

- Corporate Branding

- Photography

- Website Development

- Graphic Design

- Much more (if it's digital we can do it)

We are hiring for the following role:

Position:

Executive Assistant

Hours:

40 Hours Per Week

Wage:

Competitive wages (based on experience) plus full benefits

Duties May Include:

??Calendar scheduling??????

??Digital Marketing??????

??Client communication??????

??Assisting on photo & video shoots??????

??Social media management ??????

??Editing (photos, videos & websites)??????

??Project research??????

??Graphic design ??????

??Administrative tasks

Full training will be given for this role, but a detail oriented person with the ability to multi-task would be ideal. Confidence working with computers is very important, and someone with a positive attitude, who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping people would also be a great fit!
