Job Purpose:
Provide a high caliber of administrative support to the Pharma Canada Leadership Team. This role requires flexible and agile support of admin responsibilities requiring onsite presence. It will include typical
in-person admin tasks as well as support of various committees and processes.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following\xe2\x80\xa6
Proactively thinking ahead to what needs to be done for the Pharma Canada Leadership Team and then actions them
Act independently with a high level of confidentiality, judgment, and discretion at all times
Manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met by prioritizing own workflow. Manage assigned projects to meet required outcomes and timelines
Consistently and promptly exercise discretion in managing all incoming enquiries/requests confidentially and re-directing issues where appropriate
Coordinate meetings, interactions and projects between internal/external parties and the relevant individuals within GSK. Respond to basic information requests from these third parties.
Support off-shore admins in provision of accurate, organized and efficient administrative support including the maintenance of calendar/meetings, proactive correspondence management (i.e. reports, presentations, invoices, communications, charts, etc.), filing, arranging travel and other related duties as assigned within a fast paced work environment
Keep the Pharma Canada Leadership Team informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities
Be flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities of the Pharma Canada Leadership Team
Share best practice process improvements with other executive assistants to simplify and increase efficiencies to day-to-day processes
Provide back up support/overflow support to other Executive Assistants as appropriate

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Minimum 5 years experience supporting a senior executive
Proficiency in systems and relevant computer software (ie. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Degree or Diploma preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingualism (Fluency in both French/English) a strong asset, but not required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Business Acumen
Tactfulness
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage the priorities of the Pharma Canada Leadership Team
