Job Description

One of the top-ranked Real Estate teams from Re/max in Fraser Valley is looking for an Administrative/Real Estate Assistant who has the hunger to learn and grow. This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing the entire administrative side of the Real Estate agents' business to our expectations with great efficiency and outstanding customer service.Job Duties:

  • Responsible for day to day bookkeeping functions including accounting receivable, accounts payable, customer invoicing, monthly reconciliations and credit cards. Knowledge of QuickBooks will be a great asset
  • Serves as point of contact for team members and clients and will support the team's administrative tasks.
  • Handle day to day administrative tasks for residential and commercial dealings.
  • Maintain client communication, email, phone, emails etc
  • Running errands for the office and team.

*Experience/Education:
  • Must have minimum 1-2 years of experience administration/receptionist experience
*Please note: You must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for this position. The selected candidate will work side-by-side with our lead agent in the office. This is a full-time position.
