We're a fast-growing jewelry company expanding across North America, and we're looking for an
Executive Administrative Assistant
to work directly with the Owner/Founder and Sales Manager. This is a pivotal role focused on taking ownership of administrative operations, streamlining processes, and supporting the overall flow of day-to-day business.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Owner and Sales Manager to identify, take over, and improve administrative tasks and workflows.
Streamline inboxes, digital systems, and internal communications to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Maintain up-to-date A/R records and process payments accurately and promptly.
Support wholesale customer relationships over the phone, ensuring smooth service and directing inquiries appropriately.
Make travel arrangements, coordinate team events, and manage documentation.
Assist in order processing across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Take initiative to identify areas where processes can be improved and help implement those changes.
