We're looking for a skilled

Excavator Operator

to join our team for full-time work in Red Deer County and surrounding areas. While your primary role will be operating an excavator, candidates with a

Class 3 license

will have opportunities to assist with additional driving and support tasks across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate excavators safely and efficiently for site prep, trenching, backfilling, and material handling Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks Assist with loading/unloading and site logistics as needed Support other field tasks including Class 3 vehicle operation (e.g., dump truck, water truck) when required Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized worksite

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators in construction or utility environments Valid Class 5 license required;

Class 3 license strongly preferred

Strong understanding of equipment safety and maintenance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in variable conditions
