We are currently hiring finish excavator operators

Key Responsibilities

Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support earthworks, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material hauling Work closely with site supervisors and grade personnel to meet production and quality targets Complete pre-operational checks and basic maintenance tasks Contribute to site safety by following COR procedures and maintaining a clean work area Support the crew with other general labor tasks as required Maintain open communication with other operators, foremen, and inspectors

Position-Specific Requirements

Finish Excavator Operators

Should be experienced with finishing ditches, roads, etc. Have prior experience using laser and GPS on excavator. Be able to work in a productive and efficient manner.

General Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy civil construction Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and jobsite safety Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation Class 1 or 3 license is an asset First Aid, WHMIS, or other safety training (asset) Physically fit and willing to work in variable site and weather conditions
