Nobleterra Earthworks is Hiring - Excavator Operator & Pipe Layer & Labourer
Looking for three fulltime employees to begin in the new year
Nobleterra Earthworks (Kelowna, BC) is expanding and looking for experienced civil construction professionals to join our crew. We focus on high-quality earthworks, underground utilities, and small-to-mid scale subdivision projects.
Positions Available 1. Civil Excavator Operator
Responsibilities:
- Trenching for utilities, site grading, and backfill
- Working with a pipe crew to maintain safe trench conditions
- Fine grading and shaping work
- Daily equipment checks and safe operation
Requirements:
- 2+ years civil excavation experience
- Ability to read plans, grades, and laser levels
- Clean, safe operating habits
2. Pipe Fitter / Pipe Layer (Water, Sewer, Storm)
Responsibilities:
- Installing PVC, HDPE, and concrete pipe systems
- Setting elevations, bedding materials, and compaction
- Working with an operator and labour team to maintain production
- Ensuring proper installation and testing standards
Requirements:
- Experience in underground utilities
- Ability to use lasers, grade rods, and trench safety equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication
