Xyna International School is an authorised Testing Centre for CELPIP, CAEL and IELTS Examination services. We are looking for young, energetic and smart candidates to invigilate and represent the institution in a professional manner during the conduct of these examinations. Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes: \xc2\xb7 A valid Ontario Driver\'s License is a must. Flexible to travel to different test venues: \xc2\xb7 Previous experience of administering IELTS tests is must. \xc2\xb7 Excellent customer services skill \xc2\xb7 Bachelor Degree or more will be preferred. \xc2\xb7 Ability to exercise judgment in varying situations involving stressed candidates \xc2\xb7 Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Must be team-oriented and should have pleasing personality. \xc2\xb7 Familiar and experienced to work with Windows-based computer systems Job Duties: \xc2\xb7 Report promptly to test venue at agreed time. \xc2\xb7 Follow all relevant standards & procedures, based on training and reference materials provided. \xc2\xb7 Enable good customer flow by giving candidates clear direction and answering their inquiries. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that candidates follow the agreed exam procedures including check-in, identity checks, test day photographs, collection of bio-metrics and note papers etc. according to exam requirements. \xc2\xb7 Invigilate examinations to the standard required by the Paragon Enterprises & British Council Examinations Service. \xc2\xb7 Actively monitor candidates during tests to make sure that there is no violation of test conditions. \xc2\xb7 Support the supervisor to ensure that candidates have a positive and consistent test day experience and a positive image of the test venue. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all material is accounted for and handed over securely to the supervisor. \xc2\xb7 Complete and maintain accurate records of exam assignments. Complete all reports, logs and claims accurately as required by Examinations Services. \xc2\xb7 Follow all relevant guidelines and Report any incidents, emergencies or breaches of security to the test day supervisor.
