Vous ferez partie de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe d\'essais en vol et d\'int\xc3\xa9gration pour l\'A220 dont l\xe2\x80\x99objectif est d\xe2\x80\x99effectuer les essais de d\xc3\xa9veloppement en vol et au sol. Le chef avion est responsable de s\'assurer que la plate-forme est en configuration pour les besoins de test.

Vous relevez du chef du centre d\'essais en vol et d\'int\xc3\xa9gration (ABIVM).

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appel\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 coordonner la pr\xc3\xa9paration et le suivi du plan avion :

Exercer votre leadership tout en respectant la vision et les valeurs de l\'entreprise;

\xc3\x8atre capable de travailler sous pression et d\'engager son \xc3\xa9quipe pour respecter des d\xc3\xa9lais stricts;

Participer \xc3\xa0 des rencontres de pr\xc3\xa9paration d\xe2\x80\x99estimation des co\xc3\xbbts et d\xc3\xa9lais pour des campagnes de test.

Anticiper et maintenir le plan de maintenance des FTV

Supporter aux besoins les maintenances pr\xc3\xa9ventives des diff\xc3\xa9rents bancs d\xe2\x80\x99essai.

G\xc3\xa9rez les performances de votre \xc3\xa9quipe \xc3\xa0 l\'aide de KPI\'s ;

G\xc3\xa9rer la charge de travail et la performance individuelle des employ\xc3\xa9s syndiqu\xc3\xa9s ;

Assurer l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration continue, notamment avec l\'application du processus de r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes;

Coacher votre \xc3\xa9quipe (4-6 employ\xc3\xa9s) afin de d\xc3\xa9velopper leur talent dans l\'organisation;

Identifier, documenter et standardiser les processus cl\xc3\xa9s menant \xc3\xa0 l\'atteinte des objectifs ;

Optimiser le partage des connaissances et des meilleures pratiques \xc3\xa0 travers l\'organisation;

En tant que candidat id\xc3\xa9al,

Vous avez l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience sur des avions d\xc3\xa9veloppement(FTV)

Vous avez de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion dans un milieu syndiqu\xc3\xa9, dans l\'industrie manufacturi\xc3\xa8re ou a\xc3\xa9rospatiale id\xc3\xa9alement;

Vous avez d\'excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en gestion;

Vous faites preuve d\'un leadership, d\'un jugement, d\'une flexibilit\xc3\xa9 tr\xc3\xa8s forts et \xc3\xaates capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision ;

Vous \xc3\xaates ax\xc3\xa9 sur les r\xc3\xa9sultats, capable de respecter des d\xc3\xa9lais serr\xc3\xa9s et \xc3\xa0 l\'aise de travailler sous pression et vous avez le sens de l\'urgence ;

Vous avez de solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication;

Vous avez une bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des principes du lean manufacturing et de l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration continue ;

Vous ma\xc3\xaetrisez le fran\xc3\xa7ais et l\'anglais;

You will be part of the flight test and integration team for the A220 whose objective is to carry out development tests in flight and on the ground. The aircraft chief is responsible for ensuring that the platform is in configuration for test requirements.

You report to the Head of the Flight Test and Integration Center (ABIVM),

In your duties, you will be called upon to coordinate the preparation and the follow-up of the aircraft plan:

Exercise your leadership while respecting the company\'s vision and values;

Be able to work under pressure and engage your team to meet strict deadlines;

Participate to the estimation meeting to evaluate the costing and delays for different Campaign

Anticipate and maintain the maintenance plan for the FTVs

Support as required the preventive maintenance on the RIGs

Manage your team\'s performance using KPI\'s;

Manage the workload and individual performance of unionized employees;

Ensure continuous improvement, in particular with the application of the problem-solving process;

Coach your team (4-6 employees) to develop their talent within the organization;

Identify, document and standardize the key processes leading to the achievement of objectives;

Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the organization;

As the ideal candidate,

You have experience development aircraft (FTV)

You have management experience in a unionized environment, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace industry;

You have excellent management skills;

You demonstrate very strong leadership, judgment, flexibility and are able to work with minimal supervision;

You are results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and comfortable working under pressure and you have a sense of urgency;

You have strong communication skills;

You have a good understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement;

You are fluent in French and English;
