Position Overview:

We are currently hiring

Event Security Guards

to support upcoming event Roots and Blue in Salmon Arm, BC . As part of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure, safe, and enjoyable environment for all attendees.

Responsibilities:

Manage entry points and ensure authorized access at event venues Assist with crowd management to maintain a smooth and safe flow of guests Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies in a calm and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, vendors, and staff Follow event security protocols and instructions from supervisors

Qualifications:

Previous security experience preferred, but not required Ability to remain alert and professional in fast-paced environments Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Mandatory Licenses and Preferred Certifications:

Valid Security Guard License

(Required)

Crowd Management Training

(Preferred)

OFA Level 1 First Aid

(Preferred)

Important Details:

No Accommodation. No Overtime Available. Food will be provided (Charges will be deducted from paystub). No Extra Break time for food pickup.
