including eligibility for a $2,500 bonus

The successful candidate will work closely with the Events Manager and Director of Food & Beverage, playing a key role in overseeing private event planning and execution, managing restaurant operations, and leading a team to ensure a seamless guest experience. They will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about hospitality, with strong leadership and operational skills.
Responsibilities
Event Administration & Coordination
Develop and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring all event details are clearly documented and communicated to relevant departments.
Work with the Events Manager to plan and oversee event logistics, including room setup, staffing and service execution.
Ensure all events run smoothly, proactively addressing any issues that arise during execution.
Restaurant Operations Management
Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency, and member satisfaction.
Supervise front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support to maintain excellent guest experiences.
Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams to optimize service flow.
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the Events Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and other department heads to align restaurant and event operations.
Participate in weekly management meetings to discuss operational strategies, challenges, and improvements.
Requirements
At least 1 year of previous experience in restaurant supervision and event administration is preferred.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple events and dining operations simultaneously.
Excellent communication and client relations skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail programs.
Familiarity with local health, safety, and liquor regulations.
