Recent shifts in the global landscape have inspired us to innovate and integrate more technology into our initiatives, enhancing our creative approach.If you\'re passionate about organizing events, both local and international, and are excited about virtual event technologies (such as streaming, online event platforms, interactive tools), we would love to connect with you soon!Job Summary:In collaboration with our diverse team, the Event Planner\'s primary role is to design, plan, and manage both in-person and virtual events, ensuring their success and impact.The Event Planner also helps to develop hybrid strategies that blend technology with personal interactions, adapting to an ever-evolving global environment.What You\'ll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create tailored event experiences that achieve their objectives.
  • Manage budgets, design, planning, coordination, and delivery of both virtual and in-person events.
  • Handle communications to support events.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and event organizers.
  • Collaborate with various marketing teams (copywriting, design, digital, PR, etc.) to promote and ensure the success of your events.
  • Define and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for events.
  • Analyze KPIs and provide insightful recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in event management and planning, making strategic recommendations.
  • Manage logistics for in-person event materials.

Must Haves:
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in event organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
