Job Description

Live events management company seeking "Events Coordinator" and "Events Manager" for part-time (leading to full-time) positions, commencing January 2026.

Work location:

Burnaby, BC / hybrid remote.

MUST HAVE:



2-5+ years of professional event planning experience. 2-5+ years experience with office administration programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of self initiative and motivation. Exceptional presentation skills both digitally and in person. Exceptional social skills. Exceptional copywriting and editing skills. Proficiency in writing and communications. Strong work ethic, moral integrity, and positive attitude. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to multitask, and communicate well with others.

Education:

Events and or Marketing related education an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Event planning: 2 years (required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Burnaby, BC
