This role involves assisting in event logistics, including setting up and tearing down equipment, ensuring health and safety protocols, managing volunteer recruitment and scheduling, and maintaining event supplies and infrastructure. The Events Assistant will also act as a liaison between Sun Peaks and third-party event partners, working closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of all event activities.
