Our client is a well-established organization that hosts large-scale, high-profile events requiring a polished and professional guest experience from arrival to departure. Their team emphasizes safety, organization, and superior customer service.
The event environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly service-oriented. Staff members are expected to maintain a professional presence, communicate clearly, and respond effectively to changing needs while working independently and alongside internal teams.
We are seeking multiple reliable, presentable, and team-oriented individuals to join the event operations team as Customer Service, Parking Attendants, Traffic Controllers, and Concierge-style Event Support Staff. The successful candidates will help guide guests, manage vehicle flow, and support a smooth and organized experience during a multi-day event.
The event will run all throughout June, 2025. Shifts vary including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight coverage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The key job functions are:

  • Maintain a visible, friendly, and professional presence while greeting and assisting event guests.
  • Provide directions and general event information to guests as needed.
  • Remain vigilant and responsive, even during slower periods or downtime.
  • Direct traffic and guide guests to available parking across multiple designated lots.
  • Communicate via radio with other attendants to coordinate parking availability and traffic flow.
  • Adhere to assigned schedules, work independently when needed, and contribute positively to the event team.
  • Follow protocols and instructions from internal site staff during each shift.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order within designated areas.
Qualifications:
  • Drivers license and reliable vehicle (location is not transit accessible)
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Must be professional, presentable, and confident in guest-facing roles.
  • Must be able to follow directions and uphold safety and communication protocols.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods and adaptable to changing conditions.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in events, customer service, security, or parking control is an asset.
  • Experience working in autonomous roles requiring accountability and responsibility is preferred.
  • Comfort operating two-way radios and coordinating with teams remotely is ideal.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Trustworthy and capable of working unsupervised.
  • Physically capable of standing or walking during peak times, with opportunities to rest during slower periods.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
Base Salary: $17-19/hr
  • This role offers overtime eligibility, and the opportunity to work with a high-caliber event team.
Work Hours:
  • Varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight coverage.
  • Shifts will be confirmed in advance to ensure consistent coverage.
Additional Notes:
  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
