Bridal & Event Experience Coordinator

Job Description

Client Experience & Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for brides, grooms, and event clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Guide couples through the planning process, answering questions and providing recommendations on venue logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and decor and rental item selection Act as a liaison between clients and vendors to ensure smooth communication and execution of event details. Address and resolve any client concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach. Assist in finalizing event details, including seating arrangements, and timeline confirmations. Ensure all client requests and contractual obligations are met before and during the event. Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring they have a seamless and welcoming experience. Troubleshoot any last-minute issues, providing quick and effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction. Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure overall satisfaction. Assist with thank-you gestures or follow-up communications to enhance the client experience. Maintain relationships with past clients to encourage referrals and future business opportunities.
Administrative & Organizational Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and event details. Assist with emails, phone calls, walk in's, payments, and scheduling as needed. Keep up-to-date on industry trends, venue offerings, and client preferences to continuously improve service.
Qualifications & Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously. Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. Previous experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Knowledge of computers, basic operating programs a bonus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
