About the Role
CASA Security Inc. is seeking
professional, friendly, and reliable Security Guards
for a weekly evening event in Uxbridge. The environment includes music, social gatherings, and alcohol service. Guards must be comfortable interacting with guests while maintaining a safe and controlled atmosphere.This is a great role for individuals who enjoy event-based security, working with the public, and representing a professional security team.
Responsibilities
Provide a strong and approachable security presence Monitor entrances/exits and ensure proper guest flow Assist with ID verification and alcohol-related compliance (
Smart Serve required
) Observe guest behaviour and respond appropriately to concerns De-escalate situations calmly and professionally Conduct regular patrols of the event space Communicate effectively with event staff and management Complete incident reports when requiredRequirements
Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
Valid Smart Serve Certification
Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, sociable, and professional demeanor Ability to stay calm and assertive when needed Previous event or hospitality security experience is an asset Ability to stand for long periods Reliable transportation to UxbridgeSchedule
Every Friday evening/night

Pay: $20.00 per hour
