Join Our Events Team as a Sales & Event Coordinator

Are you a detail-loving admin with a talent for sales and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for someone just like you to help us bring weddings, meetings, and special events to life across our hotels and restaurants in Banff.



What You'll Be Doing:



Respond to inquiries from guests planning events, and help them book the right rooms, spaces, and services. Create and send proposals, draft contracts, and manage event details from start to finish. Organize all the paperwork--room blocks, charge instructions, invoices, and event orders--so our hotels and restaurants are ready to deliver flawless events. Help convert leads into bookings by upselling rooms, venues, and food & beverage packages. Keep all departments in the loop with accurate and timely event info. Join client site tours and be their go-to contact throughout the planning process. Support our Senior Sales team and Managers with special projects and day-to-day tasks. Follow our safety standards and speak up when something's not right. Pitch in with other duties as needed--no two days are the same.

Who You Are:



A natural organizer who loves checklists and can keep all the details straight. Comfortable in a sales-driven role and excited about hitting targets. Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Tech-savvy--you're confident using Microsoft Office and hotel systems (like Maestro or similar). A clear communicator who can juggle a fast-paced workload without losing your cool. Great at working on your own or jumping in with the team.
