We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our spaces, ensuring an inviting and memorable environment for guests. Responsibilities

Develop and implement decorating concepts that enhance the ambiance of our spaces, including restaurants, hotels, or event venues. Coordinate with management to plan and execute themed decorations for special events or seasonal occasions. Source and select decor materials, furnishings, and accessories that align with brand image and budget constraints. Assist in styling spaces to optimize guest experience while promoting upselling opportunities through strategic decor placement. Maintain organizational standards by managing inventory of decor items and ensuring timely setup and takedown. Collaborate with guest services staff to ensure decor arrangements meet guest expectations and contribute positively to overall service quality. Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of decorating projects. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines for decorating projects without disrupting daily operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel environments with a strong background in decorating or visual presentation. Excellent communication skills combined with organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of marketing principles, upselling techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service best practices. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing decorating projects. Strong understanding of budgeting processes related to decor procurement and event planning. Demonstrated skills in customer service, guest engagement, and creating welcoming environments.
