Were looking for a disruptive, brand-savvy Event & Communication Specialist who knows how to create memorable, elevated experiences. This role will shape and execute internal and external communication strategies, orchestrate standout brand activations (VIP events, tradeshows, and unique webinars), and elevate the Laurentide brand narrative in the industrial space.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Own Brand Campaign Execution: Deliver high-impact, cross-channel campaigns that position Laurentide as a premium and progressive industrial brand.
  • Support Event & Experience Strategy: Plan and execute premium events, roadshows, lunch & learns, and brand activations with a disruptive edge xe2x80x94 from C-level dinners to tradeshows experiences.
  • Content & Storytelling: Craft compelling, clear narratives across press releases, customer stories, social media, articles, event content, and executive communications.
  • Internal & External Communications: Align internal culture with brand messaging through employee communications, ambassador kits, and ESG narratives (Environment, Social, Governance). Support PR initiatives.
  • Webinar & Digital Event Creation: Build, support and promote webinars that showcase thought leadership and customer value creation.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with business units, sales, and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and business impact.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, events, or experiential marketing roles
  • Proven track record of delivering premium, differentiated customer experiences
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills (French & English mandatory)
  • Strong background in internal communications, PR, and campaign development
  • Experience in B2B environments; industrial or technical sectors preferred
  • Ability to juggle strategic planning with hands-on execution
