Impact & Influence on Guests, Associates and Business

Provide ongoing leadership, direction, training and recognition to associates. Monitor, analyze and provide feedback to leadership team and associates regarding complaints and customer feedback in order to identify trends Assist in establishing, implementing, and monitoring standards of service and operation Identify and resolve guest concerns/complaints to their satisfaction Assist with implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals and financial profitability Responsible for the smooth operation of the department and hotel in the absence of the Front Office Manager and Leadership team Assist other departments within the hotel as required Oversee and handle security issues/concerns Understand and ensure compliance of all Health and Safety procedures, regulations. Ensure communication and compliance of Front Desk's responsibilities in the event of an emergency situation as outlined in Hotel's Emergency Response Booklet to ensure guest and associate safety All other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills

1-2 years demonstrated Leadership/Supervisory experience, in hospitality environment or comparable Must hold valid driver's license with no restrictions where required by Hotel Must be legal age to serve alcohol where required by Hotel

Must be able to work evenings and weekends must be eligible to work in Canada Overtime as required
