About the position: This role will be an integral part of the Ethics, Risk, & Compliance team and will collaborate with teams across the Company. The individual will function as a generalist and assist the Director, Enterprise Risk Management and Vice President, Corporate and Compliance, with the design and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, Third-Party Risk, and Fraud Prevention programs. The candidate must be comfortable with competing priorities, research, change management, and seeking buy-in from all levels of the Company.
What you\'ll do:

  • Assist the enterprise risk management effort by keeping an inventory of known and emerging risks for G-P\'s operations and determine a course of action to remediate and change manage identified issues. Communicate the business impact of risks and align stakeholders.
  • Project manage risk mitigation projects by documenting actions taken, controls, and updating stakeholders.
  • Provide business continuity expertise and develop continuity plans for G-P\'s operations, as well as conduct Business Impact Analysis interviews with stakeholders.
  • Provide incident response expertise by making recommendations for the process, revising the plan, and updating stakeholders.
  • Participate in the third-party risk management program, by triaging and analyzing new and current vendors\' risk posture.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Product on the fraud prevention program and framework.
  • Conduct internal audits periodically and support external audits. Consult and manage (when appropriate) remediation plans.
  • Stay up to date with trends in the industry and in risk processes, as well as current best practices and techniques.
  • Develop and deliver risk-related communications and training.
  • Ad hoc risk and compliance tasks and projects, as required.

What we\'re looking for:
  • Undergraduate degree required. A post-graduate degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of legal, risk management, or compliance experience
  • Experience conducting risk assessment interviews and participating in risk mitigation projects.
  • Experience conducting Business Impact Analysis interviews and participating in related mitigation projects.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and talk to all levels of an organization.
  • Detail oriented and organized with sound decision-making ability.
  • Track record of successfully juggling multiple functions, projects, and priorities
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and shift direction when priorities change.
  • Comfortable in a global, fast paced, high growth, rapidly evolving workplace.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting a global company with a global mindset and the ability to execute locally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pragmatically weigh risks and benefits of complex situations.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
