Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely estimates as well as participating in contract negotiations and contract exchange on successful bids.
  • Respond and direct emergency response requirements as needed.
  • Acquire, supplement, and maintain sub contractors as needed.
  • Ensure sub contractor and supplier pricing is competitive while maintaining a consistently high standard.
  • Meet project budgets.
  • Organize all paperwork associated with each project in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and present project schedules to the project stakeholders when require.d
  • Manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure all facets of the project meet governmental regulations.
  • Work with management, business development or independently to initiate, build, and maintain client relations.
  • Key player in the after-hours response team and ensures availability in times of high volume or catastrophe requirements.
  • Update and ensure accuracy of weekly & monthly reports.
Qualifications:
  • Success in the construction restorations industry with a minimum 3-year track record in conjunction with related construction estimating and project management experience.
  • Experience in all forms of residential, commercial, and multiple residence dwellings.
  • Knowledge in Environmental solutions as they apply to construction applications.
  • Foster Teamwork \xe2\x80\x93 Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Ethics \xe2\x80\x93 understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure that your own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization.
  • Computer Skills - Proficiency in the use of computers for Xactimate, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, the internet, and smartphone applications.
