Position Overview

In this position you will play a pivotal role in the execution of sheet metal and mechanical estimates, parts quotes and various project deliverables. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering superior customer service. You will collaborate closely with both the Air Distribution and Mechanical divisions, as well as the broader Estimating team, to ensure bids reflect customer expectations and align with company goals.

What you will be doing

Manage RFQs - Organize, track, and process incoming Requests for Quotation (RFQs) with accuracy and timeliness. Perform Quantity Takeoffs - Complete precise takeoffs using Bluebeam or manual methods. Prepare Bids - Review drawings and specifications to develop and submit comprehensive bids to the sales team within required timelines. Collaborate Strategically - Partner with Estimating, Air Distribution, and Mechanical teams to align pricing strategies and bid positioning. Sales - Prepare shop drawing submittals, process change orders, prepare miscellaneous quotations, place orders, and follow-up on deliveries. Training & Development - Participate in training sessions (internal and vendor-hosted), with occasional travel as required. Product Promotion - Promote E.H. Price Solutions' product offerings and those of third-party partners Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a College diploma and/or University degree, the ability to read various types of engineering drawings, and experience in sales with excellent knowledge of HVAC systems.
