Position: Inside Sales Representative & Estimator

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers and contractors with product selection and recommendations Prepare accurate estimates for bath fittings, renovations, and related materials Handle phone and email inquiries, providing prompt and professional support Maintain product knowledge of bath fittings (faucets, vanities, shower systems, accessories, etc.) Work closely with the sales & warehouse team for order processing and fulfillment Create quotes, follow up with customers, and close sales Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays Build strong relationships with retail clients, builders, and contractors Support customers with after-sales service when needed

Qualifications

Experience working at a bath fittings supply store or plumbing/renovation product supplier (preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to read simple drawings/measurements for estimation Basic computer skills (email, quoting software, POS systems) Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
