We are searching for a driven, coachable, and ambitious Sales Advisor who wants to develop a long-term career in sales. If you are serious about mastering the art of selling, influencing, building strong client relationships, and gaining technical knowledge in a growing industry, this is where your journey begins.
Your Role & Impact
In this role, you will become a trusted advisor to homeowners by:
Engaging with warm leads, prospects, and various inquiries
Serve as a
trusted advisor
to homeowners, assessing needs and recommending tailored HVAC solutions including electrification technologies
Educate customers on
financing options, rebates, and energy-efficient options
Manage and nurture your pipeline using our CRM with consistency and precision
Guiding clients through financing options that align with their budget
Begin by booking appointments for senior sales leaders, then progress to
independently closing deals
Handle objections professionally and confidently, answering technical questions about home systems
Demonstrating strong communication, confidence, and high emotional intelligence
Contribute ideas to enhance sales strategies and customer experiences

Compensation & Advancement
This role offers a guaranteed base pay to start, with the ability to significantly increase your earnings through bonuses and commissions. Your financial growth is truly performance-based, giving you the opportunity to build financial freedom as you succeed in the role.
Performance bonus on every deal you help close during initial 30-days of training
Competitive commission structure once fully trained -- earn 1% to 4% commission on every deal you close independently
