Overview:
Your mission is simple and rewarding: to offer new contacts the opportunity to learn about property cleaning & maintenance services that will make their lives easier & more enjoyable at the door. The goal is to record contact info and establish an appointment without sales pressure. You create opportunities by understanding each person's unique headaches with their property and establishing how you can alleviate them with a helpful and pleasant approach.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Complete necessary training provided by the company
Educate clients on the services offered and the values of the company that set us apart from our competitors
Increase client concentration by helping generate leads in localized areas of service
Record contact information for new leads and book potential client appointments for a no-commitment consultation
Strong communication and conversational skills
Motivation, ambition, and drive
Reliability and punctuality with commitments
Well dressed and presentable
Prior sales experience is not required, but is considered an asset
Cell phone with adequate data
