You MUST Have:

At least 2 years of hands-on esthetics experience

Proven ability to perform professional, results-driven services A

passion for skincare

and helping clients reach their goals

Experience with product and package sales

(this is a sales-driven role) Comfort recommending skincare, upselling packages, and

closing the sale

Commitment to tracking goals and hitting your monthly targets A team-player mindset and solid client communication skills Accountability--you take initiative, take feedback, and take ownership of your results
What You'll Be Doing:

Performing non-invasive treatments: radio frequency, lipo-laser, body contouring, skin tightening facials, chemical peels and more Rebooking every client and tracking retention

Selling skincare products and treatment packages

Documenting all client visits and progress Keeping treatment rooms spotless and ready between every service Helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their treatment journey
