Position Overview:

We're searching for an esthetician who excels at Manicures & Pedicure services, as well as customized facials with ingredient knowledge. It is considered a bonus if you can also perform body treatments, and waxing, as well as advanced nail services.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skincare and spa treatments, including manicures and pedicures. Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests feel pampered, relaxed, and well-cared for throughout their spa experience. Maintain a clean and organized treatment room environment, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards at all times, assist with laundry. Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in skincare, incorporating new techniques and products into your treatments. Build rapport with guests and establish long-lasting relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

Esthetician license/certification 2 years experience working as an Esthetician in a spa setting. Proficiency in performing a variety of skincare and spa treatments. Strong knowledge of natural and organic skincare products and ingredients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:

Pay is based on a tiered commission system for all spa services, the more services you complete / month, the more percentage you can make. All Tips 5% of all product commissions to start, scaled commission.
