Overview

We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. Prior experience in retail sales, front desk operations, or hospitality is a plus.

Duties

Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures. Assist guests with product demos and recommend skincare or beauty products tailored to their needs. Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries. Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling retail sales. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the treatment areas following health regulations. Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage to promote ongoing wellness. Support team efforts in achieving sales goals through effective upselling techniques.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment. Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations. Proficiency in front desk operations including scheduling and guest check-in/out processes. Skilled in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling (nice-to-have). Ability to educate clients on skincare products and treatments confidently. Hospitality-oriented mindset with the ability to create a relaxing atmosphere for clients.
