We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. Your expertise in various esthetic services will help enhance our guests' beauty and well-being, making them feel valued and pampered.

Duties

Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body massage, head massag. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering tailored recommendations. Assist with retail sales by promoting products during treatments and conducting product demos. Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments. Engage in effective communication with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. Upsell additional services or products that align with clients' skincare goals. Foster a hospitable atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and builds strong client relationships.

Requirements

Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in the beauty or wellness industry. Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to esthetic services. Proficiency in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing education and skill development.
