As our Esthetician, you'll engage with our customers and provide outstanding service and care that creates the foundation for an exceptional spa experience.

About the role

As a qualified/experienced Esthetician, you relish bringing beauty to people's daily lives. Your primary goal is to have your customers leave Village Wellness Spa feeling relaxed, happy, and rejuvenated.

You'll greet our new and returning customers, consult with them on their desired treatment, and provide an excellent service. Providing solutions will also play a key part in your role here, as you'll suggest other add-ons services as you see fit.

Working @ Village Wellness Spa:

There are full-time and part-time positions available, with availability to work evenings/weekends. Responsibilities:

Demonstrate outstanding customer service
Greet all clients with a warm, generous and inviting manner
Explain treatment to client before beginning and offer appropriate add-ons to experience
Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials
Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines
Maintain a professional work environment and appearance

Qualifications:

Esthetic diploma
Min. 1 year experience working as an Esthetician
Team player

Facial, Manicure, Pedicure & Waxing knowledge is a must

Effective sales/solutions techniques and retail experience an asset
Village Wellness Spa follows all Health Canada Guidelines for safety, cleaning and disinfecting protocols to ensure a safe environment for all employees and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
