Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional skincare services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, educating clients on skincare products, and promoting overall wellness. Your expertise in various beauty services will contribute to enhancing the client experience and fostering long-term relationships.

Duties

Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and relaxation body massage. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare regimens and product usage. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain a positive work environment. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.

Experience

Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices and compliance with health regulations. Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on upselling beauty products. Familiarity with various beauty treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
