We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.

Duties

Provide high-quality esthetic services including body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry standards. Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and upselling techniques to enhance the client experience. Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions. Foster positive relationships with guests through excellent communication skills and hospitality. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve service offerings.

Experience

Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to esthetic services is essential. Experience with retail sales, including upselling products during client consultations, is highly desirable. Familiarity with hair styling techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
