Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare treatments, and other beauty services while ensuring client satisfaction and promoting our product offerings.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, massages, nail care, etc. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards. Provide excellent guest services by welcoming clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to enhance their understanding and encourage retail sales. Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling transactions. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services or products. Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Experience in retail sales with the ability to promote products confidently. Pay: From $18.00 per hour
