Overlooking the gorge in Elora, our therapists provide relaxing spa treatments in a breathtaking workplace.
The role of the Esthetician at Elora Mill Spa is to provide relaxing, luxurious treatments; using the highest quality of ingredients from the most desirable skin care lines, designed to heal, treat and rejuvenate the body, skin and soul.
Our estheticians take great pride in establishing a genuine connection with each spa guest. With their extensive knowledge of the skin and industry products lines they will use their techniques to assist guests in achieving optimal skin results, complete relaxation, and pampering.
What makes you the perfect candidate:
You gain great satisfaction from creating relaxing and rejuvenating experiences for your clients.
You have 2-4 years' experience as an esthetician.
You have experience working in a spa environment/atmosphere. Experience in luxury spa's an asset!
You have an expert knowledge and understanding of skin care products and brands.
Diploma and certifications in waxing, manicures, pedicures, facial services, and body treatments a plus.
Accountabilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout aesthetic treatments.
Perform a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, body treatments, manicures and pedicures ensuring adherence to proper operational procedures and maintaining high guest comfort.
Set up, operate, and clean all treatment equipment, including facial tools, waxing devices, and sterilization units, ensuring readiness and compliance with sanitation protocols.
Provide individualized services tailored to guest preferences, ensuring treatments align with spa guidelines, and offer post-treatment care advice to enhance results and overall well-being.
Recommend products that enhance treatment outcomes, striving to achieve or exceed retail sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all treatments performed, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up for guest reference.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring they are well-stocked, sanitized, and ready for each service while upholding a professional and clean spa environment.
Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and offering solutions as needed.
