We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various skincare services while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.

Duties

Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and skin treatments as well as manicure and pedicure tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products. Perform product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry standards. Engage in upselling retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall guest experience. Deliver exceptional guest services by communicating effectively with clients regarding their preferences and concerns. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, beauty treatments, and industry best practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience for all guests.

Requirements

Proven experience in providing aesthetic services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in laser hair removal treatment will be a huge assets but training will be provided upon once hired. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively. Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment. Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Skills in nail care or hair styling are a plus. Ability to demonstrate products confidently and engage in retail sales effectively.
