Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team at Glow Day Spa in Barrie, ON. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding beauty treatments and customer service, contributing to our mission of helping clients feel their best.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality aesthetic services including facials, body waxing, and makeup application. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Assist with retail sales of spa products and upsell services when appropriate. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Perform eyelash extensions and nail care services as required. Participate in product demonstrations and promotions. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

Valid aesthetician license or certification. Proven experience in a spa or salon environment. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of sanitation practices and health regulations. Excellent communication skills for client interactions. Ability to perform various beauty treatments including makeup application and eyelash extensions. Sales experience in retail is an asset. Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.
