We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various esthetic treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. This role requires expertise in both traditional and advanced esthetic techniques, with an emphasis on client satisfaction and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of esthetic services, including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and makeup application. Administer advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Utilize salon software and management systems like Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients' experiences and results. Manage social media platforms to promote services, share product demos, and engage with the community. Assist with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and guest services. Upsell additional services based on client needs while ensuring a personalized experience. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service to clients.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Experience in med spa settings is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in various esthetic techniques such as hair extensions, hair threading, deep tissue massage, nail care, barbering, and straight razor shaving is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Knowledge of color theory and retail sales strategies to enhance client consultations. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is beneficial. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
