Led by the Director, ERP - Finance, this role will drive the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workstreams as part of Home Hardware's Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) implementation. You'll play a key role in modernizing our procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, ensuring strong financial controls and a smooth system transition. Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here's how:

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit & Collections modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and system integrator to align AP/AR processes with business needs and best practices. Support data migration efforts and testing for AP and AR. Optimize Finance workflows such as invoice approvals, Dealer credit, payments, and internal controls. Drive user adoption through training support and change management efforts across the Finance team.

We're looking for:

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, focused on AP/AR and financial workflows. Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit & Collections processes in a complex business environment. Proven ability to analyze data and solve problems, with attention to detail in reconciliations, discrepancies, and system validation. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally to translate Finance needs into system solutions. Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-based environment, with exposure to system implementations, process improvement, or change management.
