We're looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Equipment Coordinator to manage, track and maintain our gear inventory. This role is essential to ensuring that all equipment is clean, functional, and available when needed; keeping our operations smooth and our teams equipped for success. Responsibilities:
Overseeing the organization, care and maintenance of course equipment and supplies.
Pre-course preparation and post-course clean up.
Equipment management for first aid, wilderness first aid, swift water, ice safety and search and rescue programs.
Preparing gear and equipment for courses, including upkeep and repair when required.
Care and maintenance of drysuits, PFDs and helmets for water programs.
Compiling and preparing paperwork folders for upcoming courses.
Organization and upkeep of the equipment storage area, to ensure maximum efficiency and best use of space.
Coordination, ordering and management of first aid supplies for sales and courses.
Assembling orders of first aid kits and supplies.
Requirements
:
Well organized and self-directed with good time management.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Ability to plan ahead for course preparation, gear allocation and supply re-stocking.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy office setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
Clean driver's licence.
